Payment
Laura is out-of-network with insurance. Oftentimes managed care companies deem couples and sex therapy “unnecessary.” Operating outside the insurance system allows her to work directly with you to determine your therapy goals, processes, and rhythms. This freedom honors your confidentiality and unique needs.
In addition to credit card, cash and check payments, Laura accepts HSA payments and provides superbills to claim out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance plan, it is possible for therapy services to be covered in full or in part via reimbursement. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
In order to keep therapy accessible to all, Laura offers a sliding scale payment option for those in need. All sliding scale slots are currently full. If interested in reduced fee therapy, please reach out to be added to the waitlist.
